Job Summary
Assist clients with light housekeeping, errands, meal prep, grocery shopping, and transportation. Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, mobility support, and incontinence care. Offer companionship and conversation to promote emotional well-being. Provide medication reminders as needed. Document daily activities, client well-being, and any changes in condition. This role supports seniors living safely in their own homes with dignity and independence.
Required Qualifications
