Caregiver - PCA

Provide in-home personal care to clients in Jackson, OH on a flexible part-time schedule (7:00 AM–7:00 PM and 7:00 PM–7:00 AM shifts). Essential duties include assisting with non-skilled personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, mobility assistance, and transportation support. Follow the plan of care established by the supervising RN, promote client independence and dignity, ensure client confidentiality, and maintain a safe environment. Collaborate with the agency team, including case management, to deliver high-quality in-home care. Requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, reliability, and a valid driver's license with automobile insurance where applicable.
