Job Summary
Caregiver roles including Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), and Homemakers (HMKs) in Massachusetts. Responsibilities include light housekeeping, errands, meal prep, transportation, bathing/dressing/mobility and incontinence support, companionship, medication reminders, and documenting client well-being. Must have high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license with reliable transportation; HHA/CNA certification preferred but training provided. Flexible scheduling with opportunities for career advancement; benefits and paid time off available; prior CNA/PCA/Homemaker experience is a plus.
