Caregiver - PCA, HHA, CNA

Conduct companionship, conversation, and social interaction while performing light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and grocery shopping. Provide safety supervision and safe mobility assistance to prevent falls, assist with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and incontinence care, and facilitate client transportation for errands and appointments. Manage medication reminders and prescription filling, follow care plans, and report daily and weekly health status changes to the Care Team. Facilitate and manage medical appointments and related health activities. Complete monthly in-service trainings. Perform these duties on 10 and 12 hour day and overnight shifts in Poughkeepsie and Northern Westchester with pay ranging from $20 to $25 per hour.
