Job Summary
Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, positioning, and mobility. Provide incontinence care, medication reminders, and support with daily routines and activities. Build positive relationships with residents and families while documenting care and following individualized service plans. Communicate with the Resident Services team to maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment. This part-time second shift role offers meaningful work caring for seniors within a supportive team, with starting pay of $17.58/hour plus higher rates based on experience.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to complete required dementia training
- Able to successfully complete required background screening
Desired Qualifications
- Previous caregiving, senior living, assisted living, memory care or healthcare experience preferred
- Compassionate, dependable and team-oriented
- Comfortable providing hands-on personal care
- CNA certification is a plus but not required for all Resident Assistant/PCA positions
- CNA, PCA, Nurse Aide, CPR and First Aid experience/certifications are a plus!
