Job Summary
Provide in-home healthcare services by assisting clients with non-skilled personal care tasks including bathing, dressing, feeding, and medication reminding. Perform routine housekeeping duties such as meal preparation, laundry, and light cleaning while following the plan of care prepared by the supervising Registered Nurse. Report any accidents, injuries, or significant changes in a client's condition to the RN immediately. Work Monday through Thursday from 12-5pm on a flexible schedule where you choose your days.
Required Qualifications
- Have the emotional and cognitive maturity to maintain a good working relationship with the client, client's family, and agency personnel
- Free from health problems that may be injurious to client, self, and coworkers
- Must have a 2-step TB skin test and submit proof to Human Resources
- Possess reliable transportation
- Licensed driver with automobile insurance in accordance with state and/or agency requirements and in good repair
