Job Summary
Provide assistance to residents in the Assisted Living Program with activities of daily living, including medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, and escort services. Deliver emotional and social support while documenting daily logs and reporting resident issues to the supervisor. Maintain resident independence, confidentiality, and dignity by following established schedules and making independent decisions in high-stress situations. Work the 11 PM to 7 AM shift with EOW availability, requiring at least one year of senior care experience and basic computer skills.
Required Qualifications
- at least one year of experience working in senior care
- Acceptable proficiency in English
- CNA or CHHA license depending on the state
- basic computer skills
