Job Summary
Provide resident care under the direct supervision of the DON, including assisting with activities of daily living (mobility, dressing, grooming, bathing, toileting, skincare, nail care, oral hygiene, shaving), meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping, and social activities; perform routine rounds every two hours, maintain accurate records, report changes in residents' conditions to ensure medical needs are met, and support compassionate, respectful care for senior residents.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A STNA certification and/or related education and experience is a plus
