Job Summary
Caregiver position at Vitality Living Columbia Community (Part-Time). Responsibilities include assisting residents with activities, basic treatments, and emotional/behavioral support per service plans; helping develop and revise service plans with supervisor input; observing and reporting resident issues to the LPN or Medication Tech/Aid; participating in onboarding and ongoing training; and performing duties assigned by the Wellness Director. Requirements: 18+ years old, strong English communication skills, ability to meet state health-related requirements, and maintain any state-mandated certifications. This is a part-time, on-site role in Columbia, SC, with equal opportunity employment.
