Job Summary
Assist residents with activities of daily living, simple treatments, and emotional health needs while observing and reporting behavioral issues to licensed personnel. Collaborate with supervisors to develop and revise service plans based on current resident needs and preferences. Participate in onboarding, annual training, and team meetings as requested, while performing other duties assigned by the Wellness Director. Maintain all required certifications and meet state health regulations. This part-time role is based in the Lake Forest Community, where you contribute to a vibrant environment celebrating individuality.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Maintain any certification as required by state or provincial regulations
- Meet state or provincial health related requirements
