Job Summary
Assist residents with activities of daily living, simple treatments, and emotional health support while observing and reporting behavioral issues to licensed personnel. Collaborate with supervisors to develop and revise service plans by documenting resident needs, preferences, and successful service approaches. Attend mandatory onboarding, annual, and in-service training sessions as requested by the Wellness Director. Maintain all required state or provincial certifications and health-related credentials. This part-time role at our Milton Community supports a vibrant environment where residents and families celebrate individuality.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Maintain any certification as required by state or provincial regulations
- Meet state or provincial health related requirements
