Quality of Life Specialist/Resident Assistant providing high-quality personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, incontinent care, foot care), helping with mealtime, documenting shift assignments, communicating with residents, families, and staff, providing planned activities, and responding to call lights and emergencies. Schedule includes multiple shifts on a part-time basis at Clarendale of Algonquin in Algonquin, IL. Ideal candidates have a compassionate, hospitality-focused approach to senior engagement and care, with GED/HS diploma and CNA experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- One (1) year experience working as a CNA preferred
