Job Summary
Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition while assisting with personal hygiene and managing behavioral challenges. Help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities integrate into the community by facilitating their favorite activities and fostering meaningful relationships. Provide direct care to people with complex needs in Duluth, working Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1pm-9pm plus every other weekend from 8am-4pm.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's license
- Access to a registered vehicle
- Proof of insurance
Desired Qualifications
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination
