Job Summary
Provide friendly companionship and personal care to seniors in clients' homes. Duties include dressing guidance, grooming, meal preparation, medication reminders, running errands, laundry, and light housekeeping; transportation to doctor’s appointments and other activities; support with bathing, mobility, incontinence care, feeding, and related personal care; requires a compassionate, reliable individual with access to dependable transportation and a valid KY driver’s license. Requires HS diploma or GED, ability to pass background checks and drug testing, and at least 21 years of age. Flexible schedule with part-time and full-time opportunities, ongoing paid training, and benefits including telehealth, dental/vision/life/short-term disability, PTO, retirement plan, and referral incentives.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Access to reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel within Pulaski, Russell, Wayne, Rockcastle & McCreary counties
- Background checks and work-related references
- Must pass drug testing
- Experience as a Caregiver, CNA, Home Health Aide, Personal Care Assistant, or care for a family member preferred but not required
