Job Summary
Caregiver: Overnights (Awake) provides daily living assistance and companionship to clients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation to appointments, and adherence to care plans and safety protocols. Requires Home Care Aide registration with CDSS, 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license and insurance, ability to pass background and drug screening, CPR certification, TB test or chest X-ray, and strong communication. Training and ongoing development offered; position offers weekly pay and a supportive work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Previous caregiver experience required
- Must register as a Home Care Aide with CDSS
- 18 years old and a High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of automobile insurance
- Ability to pass a live scan background check and drug screening
- CPR certification
- TB test or chest x-ray
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable attitude
