Job Summary
Provide companionship and emotional support while assisting with personal care, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation. Help clients with daily routines and light housekeeping to create a safe, comfortable home environment. Maintain consistent shifts with the same client(s) and complete required compliance or licensing steps. Home Instead offers one-on-one care in Sedona and Cottonwood, featuring long-term client relationships and a supportive 24/7 team. Earn $17.00–$19.00 per hour with weekly pay, plus a $700 referral bonus, paid holidays at 1.5x rate, and medical, dental, and vision benefits. Eligibility requires six months of professional caregiving experience or relevant licensure.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family)
- CNA
- HHA
- LVN/LPN
- RN
- Ability to work consistent shifts with the same client(s)
- Basic English speaking, reading, and writing skills
- Completion of required compliance or licensing steps
