Job Summary
Overnight Caregiver position with Griswold Home Care in Delaware County, PA offering full-time and part-time overnight shifts. Responsibilities include providing compassionate in-home care to clients during nighttime hours, building meaningful one-to-one connections, and supporting clients in their homes while the rest of the world sleeps. Benefits include competitive hourly pay ($15–$17 based on experience/assignment), weekly and daily pay options, paid orientation and ongoing education, PTO, insurance options (health, dental, vision), 401(k) with company match, referral bonuses, mileage reimbursement, and 24/7 office support. Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S., and preferably 6+ months of caregiving/home care experience, valid driver's license or reliable transportation, ability to pass background checks, and two caregiving references.
