Job Summary
Conduct daily personal care, housekeeping, and meal preparation for clients while assisting with medication reminders and supervision. Observe client functioning, report changes to supervisors, and document all tasks accurately per the Plan of Care. Provide companionship, socialization, and errands, maintaining infection control policies and confidentiality throughout. Treat clients and families with respect, accepting assignments within the limitations of the individual role.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrate ability to read, write, and follow a written Plan of Care and document tasks performed
- Be self-directed and work with minimal supervision
- Demonstrate dependability, tact, patience, and the ability to follow instructions
- Demonstrate good interpersonal communication skills
- Experience in cleaning, laundry, medication reminders, escort services
- 1 year of caregiver experience
- 1 year CNA
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year of caregiver experience/ CNA preferred: 1 year
