Job Summary
Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility transfers while preparing meals, managing light housekeeping, and providing medication reminders. Accompany clients to appointments, run errands, and offer companionship to help them maintain independence and normal daily routines. Observe changes in client conditions and communicate concerns appropriately, ensuring safe movement throughout the home. This role requires a dependable individual with a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle to travel to clients' homes across the Wichita area. Full-time or part-time availability is accepted, including weekdays, daytime, evening, and weekend shifts. CNA certification is preferred but not required for all opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Must have your own dependable personal vehicle
- Valid driver's license
- Must be able to reliably travel to clients' homes
- Ability to pass required background and pre-employment screenings
- Must be dependable and comfortable working independently
Desired Qualifications
- CNA certification preferred
- Previous caregiving, home care, assisted living, senior care, or personal care experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Compassionate and respectful approach to working with seniors and individuals with disabilities
