Job Summary
Provide client-focused in-home caregiving: assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility), prepare meals, offer companionship, perform light housekeeping, remind about medications, run errands, and support clients to remain safe and independent. Build meaningful relationships, communicate changes to the care team, and adapt care to individual needs. Flexible scheduling includes both full-time and part-time shifts; opportunities for ongoing training and growth; in-home care setting with a compassionate, team-oriented environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and remain active throughout shifts
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow in the caregiving field
