Caregiver (On-Call/PRN)

On-Call/PRN Caregiver responsible for the physical care and emotional support of clients who may be ill, injured or disabled. Responsibilities include light housekeeping, medication reminders/administration, transportation if needed, accompanying clients to appointments, meal preparation, personal assistance with activities of daily living, and potential financial assistance to help with bills. Provide companionship, motivate clients to participate in life skills and ROM exercises. Must have valid driver's license or government ID, valid CPR/First Aid, pass a criminal background check, and TB test/PPD or X-Ray within specified timeframe. Physical requirements include the ability to transfer, re-position, and lift via Hoyer Lift or manually; experience with Hoyer Lift and motorized wheelchair preferred. Salary: $17.00/hour. Schedule: Morning shifts available seven days a week; no evening or overnight shifts. Temp-to-perm opportunity and flexible scheduling noted; apply online.
