Job Summary
Care Provider tasked with giving personal assistance and daily care to residents to enhance independence and quality of life per the care plan. Responsibilities include helping residents with Activities of Daily Living (eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, continence), responding promptly to needs while maintaining dignity and safety, communicating changes to a supervisor, maintaining a safe environment, and promoting teamwork across departments. Requires ability to interact effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals; training provided; background checks and health screenings required. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Pass Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests (including TB)
