Job Summary
Care Provider role at Oakmont Senior Living in Burlingame, CA, providing personal assistance and daily care to residents per care plans. Responsibilities include assisting with Activities of Daily Living (eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, continence), responding promptly to residents’ needs while maintaining dignity and safety, reporting changes to a supervisor, maintaining a safe environment, and promoting teamwork. Requires HS diploma or GED, 18+, background check and health screenings, and strong communication and customer service skills. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years of age

- Strong desire to work with the elderly
- Ability to interact with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
