Caregiver

Care Provider position at Oakmont Management Group in a premier senior living community. Provide personal assistance and daily care to residents per their care plan, including activities of daily living such as eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, and continence. Respond promptly to resident needs while maintaining dignity, safety, and confidentiality; report changes in resident condition to a supervisor; maintain a safe environment; promote teamwork across departments. Requires at least 18 years old, a High School Diploma or GED, strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to interact with residents, families, and healthcare professionals. Training is provided; background checks and health screenings are required; vaccination/PPE may be required per regulatory guidelines.
