Arrive on time for all scheduled visits and communicate promptly regarding schedule changes or emergencies. Maintain professional boundaries, confidentiality, and clear communication with clients, families, and team members. This field-based role requires reliable transportation, ability to follow care plans, and experience responding calmly in challenging situations.
Required Qualifications
