Job Summary
Provide assistance to residents with activities of daily living based on individual needs and interact daily to improve their quality of life. Report resident needs and concerns to a licensed nurse. Work every other weekend in a positive environment dedicated to the highest standards of excellence and quality of care for seniors, family, and team members.
Required Qualifications
- A passion for helping seniors
- A desire to contribute to a positive atmosphere in the community for residents, family & friends, and all team members
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; both oral and written
- Ability to work every other weekend
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Able to understand and carry out directions and instructions and maintain simple records
