Job Summary
Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting while supporting mobility and transfers within the facility. Administer medications under training, engage seniors in meaningful conversation, and perform light housekeeping and meal assistance. Monitor resident conditions and report changes to leadership, responding quickly and calmly during emergencies. Work the NOC shift from 10 PM to 6 AM on an every-other weekend part-time schedule. Minimum six months of caregiving experience is required, with CNA certification and CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience
- Must be at least 18 years old
- NOC Shift (10PM-6AM) Availability
- Part-Time- Every Other Weekend
- All shifts (PT & FT) must be available to work every other weekend
Desired Qualifications
- CNA Certification preferred, but not required
- Ability to pass medications (we'll train you!)
- CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred
- Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience (in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred)
- A team player with excellent communication, empathy, and reliability
