Job Summary
Develop real, meaningful relationships with individuals you serve while supporting developmental goals like budgeting, dental hygiene, exercise, and nutrition. Provide personal care assistance including eating, dressing, bathing, and toileting, and help participants with behavioral challenges and complex needs such as autism. Take initiative to integrate individuals into the community and enjoy their favorite activities in group home or waiver settings. Maintain a valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance. This full-time day position offers on-demand pay options, a 401(k) with company match, and paid time off. Supervisors provide deep support for both participants and staff wellbeing.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's license
