Job Summary
Assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities with personal hygiene, developmental goals like budgeting and nutrition, and behavioral challenges. Develop meaningful relationships while helping participants engage in community activities and enjoy their favorite interests. Support people with complex needs through patient, compassionate direct care. Maintain a valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance. Requires high school diploma, six months of human services experience, and skills in communication and time management. Located near Summit Group Home in Arizona with competitive hourly pay and full benefits.
