Job Summary
Assist clients with bathing, toileting, and personal hygiene while ensuring their overall safety and well-being. Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and provide companionship through meaningful conversation. Transport clients to appointments using company vehicles and support safe wheelchair mobility. Apply proper lifting and bending techniques to physically support individuals during daily activities. Maintain a caring attitude and dedication to supporting others in a team-oriented environment. This role offers full-time and part-time options with paid training, holiday pay, and mileage reimbursement for those working 32+ hours weekly.
Required Qualifications
- Proof of non-probationary driver's license held for at least one year
- Valid (for at least 1 year), non-probationary driver's license with no restrictions or provisions
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Successful background check clearance
Desired Qualifications
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in human services or caregiving preferred, but not mandatory
- Caring attitude and dedication to supporting others
- Ability and willingness to safely bend and lift to assist clients
- Ability to attend orientation (Tuesday–Friday, Daytime)
