Job Summary
Cover PRN and relief shifts as needed to fill open positions or support absent employees, with no guaranteed hours or set schedule. Transport clients in the company van while assisting individuals with developmental disabilities, including those displaying high behaviors such as physical and verbal aggression. Support participants with personal hygiene, developmental goals like budgeting and nutrition, and community integration activities. Complete one week of paid orientation Monday through Friday. Maintain at least one shift per month to remain active.
Required Qualifications
- Valid full Driver's License for at least 12 months after receiving your permit/intermediate
- Willingness to transport clients in company van
- Availability to attend 1 week of paid orientation Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Willingness to work with individuals who may display high behaviors, including physical and verbal aggression
- Willingness to work at least one shift per month
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's license
- Access to a registered vehicle
- Proof of insurance
Desired Qualifications
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination
