Job Summary
Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition while assisting with personal hygiene and managing behavioral challenges. Help individuals live well by developing meaningful relationships, taking initiative for community activities, and ensuring they can enjoy their favorite experiences. Work 7on/7off Wednesdays through Tuesdays from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. weekdays and 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. weekends at the Duluth Area site. This role is part of REM Community Services, a Sevita family provider dedicated to helping people with intellectual and developmental disabilities achieve growth and independence.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's license
- Access to a registered vehicle
- Proof of insurance
Desired Qualifications
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination
