Job Summary
Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition while assisting with personal hygiene and managing behavioral challenges. Develop real, meaningful relationships with individuals you serve and take initiative to help them participate in community activities. Provide direct care to those with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including complex needs and behavioral challenges. Maintain a valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle for all duties.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent

- Proof of insurance
Desired Qualifications
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination
