Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition while assisting with personal hygiene and managing behavioral challenges. Develop real, meaningful relationships with individuals you serve and take initiative to help them participate in community activities. Maintain a valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance. Requires a high school diploma, six months of experience in human services or direct care, and strong communication and adaptability skills.
