Job Summary
Assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in personal hygiene, developmental goals like budgeting and nutrition, and community activities. Support participants with behavioral challenges and complex needs while developing meaningful relationships and helping them exercise independence. Maintain a schedule of overnight shifts from 10 PM to 9 AM, rotating between weekdays and weekends. Requires a valid driver's license, access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance, and demonstrates patience, compassion, and reliability. Training is provided for those with no prior experience.
