Job Summary
Assist with personal care, including bathing, toileting, and hygiene. Transport clients to appointments using company vehicles. Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping. Provide wheelchair assistance and ensure safe mobility. Offer companionship and meaningful social interaction. Help maintain the safety and well-being of each individual served. Use proper lifting and body mechanics to safely assist clients. Overnight shifts run 11p-7a or 11p-9a. Starting pay is $16.25/hour with additional differentials for experience. Full-time and part-time opportunities available with paid time off, health benefits, and paid training for those working 32+ hours per week. Valid driver's license and background check required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid, non-probationary driver's license held for at least 1 year with no restrictions
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to safely bend, lift, and assist individuals with mobility
- Ability to attend paid orientation and commit to training
Desired Qualifications
- 6 months – 1 year of caregiving or human services experience
