Job Summary
Support participants with developmental goals including budgeting, exercise, and nutrition while assisting with personal hygiene and managing behavioral challenges. Develop meaningful relationships with individuals you serve and take initiative to help them engage in community activities. Provide direct care for those with intellectual and developmental disabilities, ensuring they live well and grow independently. This full-time role involves working days, afternoons, weekends, and evenings from Sunday through Thursday, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., in St. Thomas, PA. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
