Job Summary
Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition while assisting with personal hygiene and managing behavioral challenges. Develop real, meaningful relationships with individuals you serve and take initiative to help them participate in community activities. Provide direct care to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including those with complex needs. This role is part of a mission-driven team where you'll experience ownership and trust from leaders to do what's right for participants.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's license
- Access to a registered vehicle
- Proof of insurance
Desired Qualifications
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination
