Job Summary
Conduct daily direct support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, assisting with personal hygiene, developmental goals like nutrition and exercise, and community integration. Manage behavioral challenges and complex needs while developing meaningful relationships and encouraging participation in favorite activities. Maintain valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance. Requires six months of DSP experience and high school diploma. Full-time role in Greenville, TN with competitive hourly pay plus overtime, holiday pay, and benefits.
