Job Summary
Assist individuals with developmental disabilities in personal hygiene, developmental goals like budgeting and nutrition, and community participation. Support participants with behavioral challenges while developing meaningful relationships and helping them grow, learn, and live well. Transport clients using a valid driver's license and registered vehicle with insurance. Complete two weeks of paid orientation Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, followed by part-time shifts up to 31 hours weekly that may include overnight rotations or weekend coverage based on client needs.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License for at least 12 months after receiving your permit/intermediate license
- Reliable vehicle with insurance and registration
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's license
- Access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
Desired Qualifications
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination
