Job Summary
Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition while assisting with personal hygiene and managing behavioral challenges. Develop meaningful relationships with individuals you serve and take initiative to help them integrate into the community and enjoy their favorite activities. Provide direct care to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including those with complex needs, while maintaining patient and compassionate communication. Requires a valid driver's license, access to a registered vehicle, and six months of experience in human services or direct care.
