Job Summary
Conduct personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting while providing mobility support for transfers and fall prevention. Prepare meals, manage light housekeeping, and assist with medication reminders and errands. Offer companionship through meaningful conversation and activity engagement while monitoring client well-being. Document daily care activities and report any health concerns to supervisors. Maintain reliable transportation and pass background screening. Flexible scheduling available for full-time, part-time, weekend, or overnight shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background screening
- Ability to assist clients with mobility
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience as a caregiver, CNA, home health aide, or PCA
