Job Summary
Provide companionship and social interaction to clients while assisting with light housework, meal preparation, and daily living activities such as bathing and medication reminders. Run errands including grocery shopping and banking, and support clients with restroom use and dressing. Maintain knowledge of emergency response and first aid, adhere to health and safety standards, and manage time effectively to ensure clients remain safe and comfortable in their own homes.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a caregiver
- Excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid (CPR)
- Knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraints
- Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
- Respectful and compassionate
