Job Summary
Caregivers provide in-home non-medical care to seniors in Frankfort, IL. Responsibilities include medication reminders, assisting with ambulation and mobility around the house or during doctor’s appointments, personal care and hygiene, assisting with physical therapy and exercises, helping with shopping, light housekeeping including meal preparation, reporting unusual incidents to the Care Coordinator, following the care plan, and acting quickly and responsibly in emergencies. Requires 1+ year home care experience, a valid driver's license, high school diploma or equivalent, compassionate bedside manner, strong communication and time management skills, and physical endurance. Eligible for paid training, weekly pay, flexible scheduling, and benefits such as PTO and health insurance.
