Job Summary
Support a 10-year-old girl with intellectual and developmental disabilities with daily activities of living, personal hygiene, meal preparation, and light cleaning. Ensure the individual's safety while facilitating community outings such as grocery shopping and appointments. Promote communication, choice, and independence by encouraging participation in home and social activities. Complete daily progress notes to track development. Work Monday through Friday from 2:30pm to 6:30pm and weekends from 4pm to 9pm as an independent contractor earning $16.00 hourly. Valid driver's license, background screening clearance, and one year of caregiving experience are required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Must be able to pass Local and Level 2 Background Screening
- Provide proven 1 year of caregiving experience or technical training
- Have a High School diploma or equivalent
- Are 18 years of age or older
