Job Summary
Caregiver position in Athens/Marietta, GA providing in-home care to patients with responsibilities including bathing, grooming, daily living assistance, meal preparation, light housekeeping, infection control, monitoring vital signs, and reporting to nurses. Role involves following care plans, ensuring patient safety, completing paperwork, and offering social and emotional support, with opportunities for companion/sitter services. CNA experience (1 year preferred) and CPR certification required; TB results updated; reliable transportation required. Schedule includes weekdays and/or every other weekend with morning shifts.
Required Qualifications
- - CNA preferred
- - Minimum one (1) year of CNA experience required, based on state requirements, with home health experience preferred
- - Current CPR certification, based on state requirements
- - Updated TB results/ Chest x-ray
- - Reliable transportation
