Job Summary
Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility transfers. Provide companionship, prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and escort clients to appointments. Monitor client conditions and report changes while maintaining accurate documentation. Ensure a safe, clean environment by following company policies, HIPAA regulations, and client care plans. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required; CPR and First Aid certification preferred. Flexible full-time and part-time scheduling available with starting pay at $15.00 per hour.

Desired Qualifications
