Job Summary
Provide companionship and emotional support to seniors in their homes. Responsibilities include assisting with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting), light housekeeping and laundry, meal preparation, and transportation to appointments. Follow individualized care plans, ensure clients' comfort, dignity, and independence, and communicate professionally with families and team members. This role supports one-on-one client care in Sarasota, North Port, Englewood, and Venice, FL, with flexible full-time or part-time schedules and benefits such as travel reimbursement and ongoing training.
Required Qualifications
- Willingness to complete all employment requirements and screenings
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Clean driving record
- Prior caregiving or home care experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation
- Access to email and a smartphone
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
