Job Summary
Assist clients with personal care, bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility support while providing companionship, conversation, and emotional support. Help with meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping, and provide transportation to appointments, errands, shopping, and community activities. Observe and report changes in client health and well-being to promote independence, dignity, and quality of life. Build trusted relationships with clients and their families in one-on-one home care settings across Edmonds, Woodway, Mountlake Terrace, Lynnwood, Alderwood, Bothell, Picnic Point, Shoreline, Lake Forest Park, Kenmore, Mukilteo, and Everett. Earn $22-$25 per hour with weekly pay, PTO, sick pay, paid training, mileage reimbursement, and career growth opportunities within a locally owned, Native American Women Owned Business.
Required Qualifications
- Previous caregiving experience
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must pass a background check and medical clearance requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Current Washington State CNA or HCA credential preferred
- Experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs)
- Experience in Assisted Living Communities
- Experience in Memory Care Facilities
- Experience in Rehabilitation Centers
- Experience in Adult Family Homes
- Experience in Home Care Agencies
- Experience in Long-Term Care Settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Ability to work independently and professionally
- Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing excellent care
