Assist with daily care such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and meals; keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming; offer medication reminders and support healthy routines; communicate concerns and escalate safety issues as needed; maintain professional, compassionate contact with diverse client needs; travel up to 25 miles to client locations; flexible shifts including full-time, part-time, and weekends; oriented to helping clients stay healthy and comfortable in their homes.
